Collect evidence from your WordPress site

The manual exporter collects supported site metadata for these tools. It runs when a signed-in administrator chooses Download evidence JSON. It does not change your settings, run scheduled jobs or send the report to NosHost.

Download WordPress exporter ZIP

  1. In your WordPress dashboard, open Plugins, Add New Plugin, then Upload Plugin. Select the downloaded ZIP and activate NosHost Evidence Export.
  2. Open Tools, then NosHost evidence. Review the collection scope and choose Download evidence JSON.
  3. Return to the relevant NosHost tool and select the report. Analysis stays on your device. The PHP source scanner is separately labelled and requires an explicit upload.
  4. After a repair, collect another report using the same scope. Use the earlier report for tools that support comparisons.

The exporter reads software versions, bounded option sizes, scheduled hook metadata, grouped background-job statuses, table estimates and selected WooCommerce/media metadata. It marks sections that need runtime observations as unavailable. WordPress 6.4 or later and PHP 7.4 or later are required; WooCommerce is optional.

Some investigations need a recorded test

PHP failures need an error log. Query and AJAX investigations need measured request evidence. Checkout, cart isolation and plugin-conflict investigations need controlled staging traces. A public URL or a software inventory cannot supply those observations.

Each tool includes a downloadable worked example showing the supported evidence fields. Keep real customer records, passwords, cookies and payment details out of reports. Review plugin names, paths, product metadata and site addresses before sharing the derived result.
